Zusammenfassung

Sun Outdoors is seeking a Food Prep Assistant at one of our RV resorts. You will prepare all food items, maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas, and ensure sanitation in line with Health Department rules.

Duties include opening and closing shifts, restocking supplies, assembling condiments, plating, and assisting with dishwashing. Requires some high school education and up to 6 months of food prep experience; Safe Food Handler certification within 60 days from hire.

Qualifikationen

• Some High School Education is required.
• 6 months in previous restaurant/food prep experience preferred.
• Must pass Safe Food Handler Certificate Program within 60 days from date of hire.
• Demonstrated knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet.

Aufgaben

• Perform shift opening and closing duties.
• Ensure an adequate amount of food supplies are available for shift; restock products as needed.
• Maintain kitchen and cooking areas and ensure cleanliness per Health Department rules.
• Prepare food ordered by guests using grills, ovens, fryers, etc.
• Prepare condiments and move items to proper cooler locations.
• Portion and wrap food, ensuring proper presentation and quality.
• Communicate with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure order accuracy.
• Assist with dishwashing and sanitizing.
• Assist with kitchen setup/takedown and general cleaning duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
