Job summary

Sun Communities, Inc. (Sun Outdoors) seeks a Kitchen Team Member in Casa Grande, AZ to support daily food preparation and service. You will open/close shifts, ensure supplies, and keep the kitchen clean and organized while delivering quality presentations to guests.

Applicants should have at least a high school education, 6 months in restaurant or food prep, and be able to obtain a Safe Food Handler Certification within 60 days. Strong customer service and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School education required; 6 months in restaurant/food prep preferred.
• Must pass Safe Food Handler Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Demonstrated knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency including email and internet use.

Responsibilities

• Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Ensure adequate food supplies and restock as needed.
• Maintain kitchen and equipment cleanliness per Health Dept rules.
• Prepare food orders using grills, ovens, fryers, and prep equipment.
• Prepare condiments and portion foods for plating.
• Communicate with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Assist with dishwashing and general cleaning duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
