Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Destin, FL is hiring a Food Prep Team Member. This role supports an independent Owner/Operator and contributes to a great guest experience by preparing, cooking, and presenting food safely and efficiently.

You will work the PM shift, starting pay at $19/hr, and join a friendly, fast-paced team with opportunities for development, scholarships, and meal benefits. Training and uniforms provided; teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Position Details:

• Full-time or part-time
• PM Shift: Monday-Saturday 2:00pm to 9:00/10:00pm
• Pay: Starting at $19/hr
