The Marzetti Company is seeking a dedicated sanitation worker to thoroughly clean and sanitize all processing and packaging areas and equipment on a full-time shift from Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11pm. You will sanitize pumps, transfer lines, mixers, ovens, silos and related production gear, while maintaining clean work areas and following GMP and safety policies.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisor.
• Repeted heavy lifting up to 50 pounds is involved.
• Pushing and pulling large equipment modules up to 1,000 pounds.
• Need to be able to work in a hot environment.
• Must be able to work above ground at heights up to 20’.
• Must work in an industrial environment and handle sanitizing chemicals and non-toxic food products.
• Handling of chemicals during cleaning may be required.
• Training in forklift and pallet jack operation helpful.
• Mechanical ability is required.
• Must be able to perform the essential job requirement without accommodation.
• Operation of motorized lifts is required.

• Washes and sanitizes processing equipment and production areas.
• Cleans tables, conveyors, floors, walls, and related fixtures.
• Empties and cleans trash receptacles in production and warehouse areas.
• Maintains clean production floors and restrooms.
• Operates hydraulic compactor equipment and lifts.
• Follows sanitation schedules and safety policies.
• Works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with PPE as required.
