Job summary

Marzetti Company is seeking a sanitation team member to support production at our facility. Shift is Monday–Friday on the 3rd shift (11:30pm–8:00am) with a wage of $24.96/hour in a climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning all processing equipment and work areas, following GMP and safety procedures, and coordinating tasks with team members. The role requires 1–2 years in industrial sanitation, forklift certification, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years in an industrial environment with sanitation chemical handling.
• Leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and operate lift safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation of all processing equipment and work areas.
• Coordinate scheduled cleaning tasks with team members.
• Operate CIP sanitizing equipment as needed.
• Adhere to GMP and safety procedures.
• Attend to daily safety and quality goals.
