Job summary

Mount Franklin Foods, LLC seeks a Sanitation Technician to clean and sanitize production machinery, floors, drains, and all food contact surfaces after production shut-down. You will apply CIP and COP techniques to achieve deep cleanings within tight timeframes.

The role requires strict adherence to GMPs, food safety and company policies, plus wearing proper PPE and reporting safety hazards. You will help maintain a safe, clean, and compliant production environment.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety rules and procedures
• Experience with GMPs and food safety principles
• Ability to work in wet, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes production machinery and floors
• Covers and protects equipment as required by MSS
• Washes and sanitizes equipment according to MSS and schedules
• Reports safety hazards and follows PPE requirements
• Maintains cleanliness of all food contact surfaces and drains
