Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced Sanitation Supervisor in Medford, MA to ensure clean, food-safe production environments. The role leads sanitation staff, oversees third-party vendors, and ensures proper chemical usage and documentation in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in food sanitation, knowledge of SSOPs, and strong leadership and communication skills to train and guide team members across plant locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Three+ years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of sanitation chemicals and processes; ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee third-party vendor sanitation functions.
• Manage day-to-day sanitation team activities.
• Ensure plant equipment is clean and ready for the next production run.
• Ensure staff follow Monogram policies and proper chemical concentrations.
• Complete all required sanitation paperwork accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
