Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or food production leadership roles.
• Knowledge of GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
• Ability to manage production staffing and scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to identify operational challenges and implement practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily production operations to meet customer orders and schedules safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and priorities based on customer requirements.
• Monitor performance, downtime, waste, and overall efficiency; drive improvements.
• Coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs and maintain equipment awareness.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety policies.
