Job summary

Solomon Page is assisting a confidential North American beverage manufacturer in finding a Plant Manager in Hendersonville, NC. You will oversee hot-fill and aseptic production, manage 178 employees, and report to the Manufacturing Director, East US.

The role drives safety, quality, efficiency and cost performance across Production, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering. The successful candidate will lead continuous improvement initiatives, maintain regulatory readiness, and coach plant leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Food Science, Business or related field.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional manufacturing teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and Continuous Improvement.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP or preventive controls, sanitation programs, FDA regulations, and high-hygiene environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day plant operations to achieve safety, quality, customer service, productivity and financial objectives.
• Build a culture of safety, quality ownership, accountability and operational discipline.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, GMPs, HACCP and preventive controls and customer standards.
