Base pay range

Are you a natural leader who thrives under pressure, leads by example, and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done? Newrest, a global leader in in-flight catering, is looking for a Unit Manager who is over the entire facility who brings energy, urgency, and emotional intelligence to the kitchen floor—not just a desk. In this fast-paced, high-impact role, you won’t be managing from behind a screen—you’ll be shoulder-to-shoulder with your team, driving execution, solving problems in real-time, and setting the pace. From cold meals and salads to transporting the products directly to the plane, you’ll oversee the full production process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and consistency in every dish that’s shipped out across the world. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where your presence will set the tone. You’ll need to be sharp, responsive, and committed—capable of keeping operations running smoothly with or without your direct oversight. From day one, you’ll be expected to hit the ground running, embed yourself into the process, and build a team culture rooted in accountability and excellence. If you’re ready to lead from the front, act fast, and make an impact—this is your moment. Apply now and bring your leadership to the frontline of the operations.
