What You'll Do:

• Work side-by-side with the Plant Manager to oversee daily operations an ensure production targets are met
• Supervise product lines, coordinate scheduling, and monitor finished product to maintain quality and efficiency
• Lead by example - pitching in wherever needed to solve problems, motivate teams, and keep things moving
• Support compliance with all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
• Collaborate with maintenance, warehouse, and sanitation teams to ensure smooth, continuous operations
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions for better performance and output
• Help manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Server as a liaison between production teams and upper management to communicate needs, progress, and areas of improvement

About You:

• Prior experience in food manufacturing or high-speed production preferred.
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership experience and a roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic.
• Able to work long shifts Monday–Thursday with most Fridays off
