Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical issues.
Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability in a manufacturing setting.
Willingness to lead and direct daily maintenance tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment, buildings and fixtures.
Ensure safety, quality, and reliability in all plant activities.
Lead daily work activities of maintenance staff when required.
Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Fabricate or modify replacement parts using lathes, drill presses, or milling machines.
Read wiring diagrams and schematics for electrical repairs.
Install new equipment or systems in collaboration with vendors and plant engineers.
Record work orders and maintain a clean maintenance area.
