• Knowledge of GMPs, SQF, HACCP, FSMA, and other food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on systems.
• Assist with machine set-up and equipment modifications.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve equipment issues.
