Job summary

Spice World, Inc. operates a Coalinga, California facility and is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep processing and packing equipment running safely and reliably.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues up to 480V, and complete repairs ensuring production stays on schedule. Join a team focused on GMP, quality, and continuous improvement while supporting start-ups, equipment modifications, and safe, clean work practices in a food manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; mechanical, electrical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with VFDs, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a food manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
• Complete welding and fabrication repairs as needed and document work orders.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled equipment.
• Coordinate with Production to minimize downtime and support GMP compliance.
