Qualifications

• Technical/trade training in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
• Industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Food or FMCG manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment to achieve 98%+ uptime.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and routine repairs.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Identify equipment failures and elevate complex or recurring problems to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Support equipment setups, changeovers, adjustments, and performance improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and downtime records.
• Support 5S initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Follow HACCP, GMP, food safety procedures and workplace safety.
