Qualifications

• 2-year trades degree or 4 years plant maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to read, write and speak English; bilingual a plus
• Experience in food manufacturing environment
• Welding and fabrication; understanding of 3-phase electrical and motor controls
• Safety-focused with GMP awareness

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance with emphasis on mechanical tasks (90%) and electrical tasks (10%)
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance
• Diagnose problems, replace/repair parts, test and adjust systems
• Follow safety policies and GMPs at all times
• Order and schedule parts using Microsoft Office
• Maintain legible records and data entry
• Collaborate with maintenance manager and plant leadership
