Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years working in a non-profit with program oversight.
• Experience recruiting and/or working with volunteers.
• Strong communication and leadership with staff, volunteers and donors.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the three pantry locations.
• Train and supervise volunteers to ensure daily client needs are met.
• Manage procurement, inventory and distribution of food.
• Prepare monthly checklists and reports for food pantry operations.
• Work with vendors to order food and supplies; manage monthly spend.
• Coordinate with Volunteer Coordinator to schedule volunteers.
• Report donations and coordinate with accounting and Development Department.
