Job summary

Reser’s is seeking a reliable team member to package finished food products at the end of the manufacturing process. The role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to food safety standards in a refrigerated plant.

Key duties include checking boxes, sealing packages, weighing and dating products, removing defects, and maintaining a clean, safety‑conscious workspace. Prior production or assembly experience is preferred, with regular attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Checks for correct packaging boxes and containers.
• Ensures product date and weight are within established guidelines.
• Seals filled product packages and boxes.
• Examsines containers, materials, and products to ensure packaging meet company specifications.
• Removes defective products or packages from the production line.
• Assembles product containers on an assembly line.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.
