Job summary

Reser’s is seeking a production/packaging associate to operate on the end-of-line packaging area in our refrigerated facility. You will check boxes, weight, date codes, seal packages, and assemble containers while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

The role requires reliable attendance, physical stamina to lift up to 20 lbs, and comfort with cold, wet environments; prior production or assembly experience is preferred.

• Production or assembly experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Checks for correct packaging boxes and containers.
• Ensures product date and weight are within established guidelines.
• Seals filled product packages and boxes.
• Examines containers, materials, and products to ensure packaging meet company specifications.
• Removes defective products or packages from the production line.
• Assembles product containers on an assembly line.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
