Job summary

Reser’s Fine Foods is seeking a packaging associate to ensure accurate packaging of finished products on the production line. You will check boxes, verify dates and weights, seal packages, and remove any defective items while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The role requires reliability in a refrigerated, wet environment with potential overtime and weekend shifts. Production or assembly experience is preferred, and English/Spanish bilingual capability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Checks for correct packaging boxes and containers.
• Ensures product date and weight are within established guidelines.
• Seals filled product packages and boxes.
• Examines containers, materials, and products to ensure packaging meet company specifications.
• Removes defective products or packages from the production line.
• Assembles product containers on an assembly line.
• Mantains a clean and organized work area.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.
