Job summary

Reser’s is actively seeking personnel to package finished food products at the end of the manufacturing process in a refrigerated plant. The role supports daily packaging tasks, checks for correct boxes, seals products, and ensures accuracy of date and weight while maintaining safety and clean workspaces.

Ideal candidates have production or assembly experience and may benefit from bilingual English/Spanish skills. Overtime and weekend scheduling may be required in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Production or assembly experience is preferred.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Checks for correct packaging boxes and containers.
• Ensures product date and weight are within established guidelines.
• Seals filled product packages and boxes.
• Examines containers, materials, and products to ensure packaging meet company specifications.
• Removes defective products or packages from the production line.
• Assembles product containers on an assembly line.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.
