Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1 year of manufacturing/production experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and product quality.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cartons and trays for packaging by folding, taping, sorting, labeling, and assembling packaging materials.
• Verify packaging materials are prepared and available for production.
• Pack products into cartons, trays, and displays according to product specifications.
• Ensure products are packaged in the correct cases and labeled accurately; tape and seal cartons when required.
• Conduct visual inspections of finished products and packaging, including bag registration, code dates, pricing information, and case labeling.
• Remove products that do not meet quality standards and communicate concerns to leadership.
• Support sanitation, safety, and 5S practices throughout packaging processes.
