Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to hit production goals.
• Complete documents and checklists; report malfunctions to supervisor/maintenance.
• Interpret work orders to ensure correct materials and specs.
• Troubleshoot basic-to-moderate operation issues.
• Ensure coffee has adequate time to gas-off.
• Complete change-over sheet and coordinate with line support for supplies.
• Use computer to open coffee bin and print labels.
• Program packaging machine per manufacturing specs.
• Adjust packaging for correct case size and fill.
• Close and label boxes; move them to pallets.
• Conduct visual, weight, and seal inspections of packages.
• Identify and segregate nonconforming goods.
• Record downtime and submit maintenance requests as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; wear PPE and follow safety goals.
