CJ Schwan's is hiring for a full-time Packaging position on the 2nd shift (B Crew: Sun–Tue and alternating Wed), 6:00 p.m. – 6:20 a.m. You will set up and pre-run equipment, monitor line speeds and batch formulas, and perform quality checks to ensure product appearance and safety.

You’ll document downtime, HACCP, and safety procedures in SAP and SOP systems. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with 0–1 year of relevant experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort with

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment for proper startup.
• Control line speeds, batch formulas and production rates; ensure product quality.
• Complete quality checks and necessary paperwork (downtime, HACCP, SAP).
