You’ll supervise staffing, inventory, and labor planning on the floor, coach staff for peak performance, and uphold HACCP, OSHA, USDA requirements while collaborating with supervisors and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a supervisor in food production, manufacturing, distribution, or meal prep facilities.
• Hands-on management on the floor, resolving issues in real time.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management, labor planning, and production flow.
• Regulatory awareness: HACCP, OSHA, USDA, FDA, allergen control protocols.
