Job summary

UNC Health is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to oversee the Nutrition and Food Services Call Center operations in Chapel Hill, ensuring accurate patient meal orders and compliance with health regulations. This role direct-supervises Call Center Associates and partners with Clinical Nutrition and Culinary teams to deliver high-quality patient dining.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, payroll, performance coaching, and ensuring staffing levels meet needs.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of dietary guidelines and patient service systems.
• Experience with Epic or similar health care software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Nutrition and Food Services Call Center, ensuring accurate patient meal orders and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate Call Center Associates; manage payroll and timekeeping.
• Collaborate with Clinical Nutrition/Dietitian and Culinary teams to ensure timely and quality patient dining service.
• Lead staff meetings, monitor performance metrics, and drive service excellence and patient satisfaction.
