Aufgaben

• Lead, mentor, train, and develop a team of approximately 30 microbiologists, analysts, and technicians.
• Manage daily microbiology operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and timely reporting of results.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, workflow, and department performance with leadership.
• Review, verify, and approve test results and ensure compliance with FDA/USDA methodologies.
• Maintain ISO 17025 and ELAP accreditation standards and oversee QA/QC activities.
