Catallia Mexican Foods, LLC is seeking an experienced Sanitation Technician to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food-contact surfaces in our tortilla manufacturing facility. The role emphasizes GMPs, SSOPs, chemical handling, and collaboration with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Responsibilities include disassembling/reassembling equipment for cleaning, operating sanitation tools safely, performing pre-operational checks, and maintaining sanitation records while meeting

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or industrial sanitation.
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Willing to work irregular and/or rotating shifts including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Follow safety policies and use appropriate PPE.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, conveyors, and surfaces.
• Disassemble/reassemble equipment for sanitation as needed.
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and maintain SSOPs and GMPs.
• Maintain sanitation records and complete checklists accurately.
• Support pre-operational sanitation inspections before production.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance on sanitation concerns.
• Complete cleaning within downtime schedules to prep for startup.
