Qualifications

• 2+ years QA or quality control experience in a food or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP principles.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment.
• Availability for full onsite assignment in San Leandro, CA.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and random quality checks on production lines and finished products.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• Identify and elevate non-conformances and initiate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and applicable food safety regulations.
• Calibrate and maintain quality testing equipment.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to resolve quality issues in real time.
