Job summary

CS Recruiting, a Hirewell company, seeks a Project Engineer for a food manufacturing site in Nampa, ID. You will lead capital projects from inception to completion, maintain CAD drawings, and coordinate cross-functional teams ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in project management for process equipment, strong CAD skills (SolidWorks/AutoCAD), and proven collaboration with contractors to deliver on time and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
• 3+ years of capital project management on Pre-Process and Process Equipment.
• Strong CAD skills (2D/3D) with SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical/P&ID prints and work with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage validated projects from inception to completion.
• Define new projects as assigned and as needed at the site.
• Develop project plan timelines and lead cross-functional groups to deliver on time and on budget, ensuring safety and GMP.
• Maintain plant AutoCAD drawings and provide conceptual engineering drawings when requested.
• Oversee contractor safety, equipment installation, and quality of work; ensure regulatory compliance and documentation.
