Epicurean Butter is seeking a hands-on, in-person team member for our Thornton, CO facility. The role emphasizes strict adherence to Safety, GMP and SQF guidelines and offers an opportunity to learn all aspects of equipment operation, including troubleshooting, in a fast-paced setting.

Grounded in teamwork, the position supports production line efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, basic math skills, and flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Flexible schedule, able to work occasional nights and weekends.
• Be a team member.
• 1-2 years of food or FMCG manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous experience with operating of manufacturing equipment.
• Food handling and manufacturing knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strict adherence to manufacturing guidelines including, Safety, GMP and SQF
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Eagerness to learn all aspects of equipment operation, including troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean and organized working area.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand during a 10-hour shift and lift up to 55lbs.
