Food Manufacturer Maintenance Supervisor Day Shift

Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance teams in installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
• Manage maintenance systems, processes, and documentation to ensure high performance and safety.
• Coordinate with production for scheduling repairs and maintenance.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to maintenance performance.
• Provide troubleshooting support and train staff on safety and work methods.
• Maintain accurate records and report on maintenance activities.
• Review and prioritize job plans, allocate resources, and oversee job execution.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met during maintenance work.
• Supervise and guide maintenance staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related preferred.
• At least 1 year supervisory maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams, training, and managing projects.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
• Technical expertise in refrigeration, boilers, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of PSM and RMP regulations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and planning skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance staff, oversee performance, and participate in hiring and disciplinary actions.

Working Conditions:
