Job summary

Boyd Gaming in California is seeking an experienced Food Manager to oversee daily operations of the fast-food outlets, lead front-of-house teams, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and company standards. In this role you will recruit, train, coach, and develop staff while partnering with leadership to meet budget goals and drive department results.

You will own outlet financial performance and ensure exceptional guest experiences, with coverage during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 3+ years of fast food/retail/hospitality supervisory experience.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shift.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and in written form.
• Must be able to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
