Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is hiring Production Operators for a manufacturing facility in Niles, IL. This is a long-term role with weekly pay, stable hours, and opportunities for advancement.

Shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd; pay starts at $20 per hour with $1 shift differential for 2nd shift and $2 for 3rd shift. Weekend availability is required. Full-time hours are available across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour

$1.00 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift

$2.00 Shift Differential for 3rd Shift

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift

Schedule: AM / PM shifts available

Weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)

What You’ll Do:

• Manual lifting of products into and out of production equipment

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot assigned production equipment

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and quality guidelines

• Perform routine checks to ensure machinery is functioning properly

• Accurately complete production logs, documentation, and inventory records

• Collaborate with team members and communicate production issues promptly

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Basic math, reading, and mechanical aptitude skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Must be able to work weekends when scheduled

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement processes is a plus
