Kraft Heinz in Champaign, IL is seeking Line Technicians for the maintenance team. You will perform equipment maintenance, inspections, modifications, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, ensuring product safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include basic maintenance tasks, changeovers, and preventative maintenance, plus training of line staff. Flexible schedules with 2nd and 3rd shift options, weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and ability to operate tools safely.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Able to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Perform basic equipment maintenance, cleaning, inspection, and lubrication.
• Operate equipment to optimize quality and productivity and complete changeovers.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance procedures.
• Oversee equipment overhaul, modifications, and installations.
• Train production line associates on procedures and safety.
