Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Food Labeling to establish and scale an enterprise labeling program ensuring regulatory compliance across North America.

You will act as the company’s senior authority on labeling regulations, guiding governance, data platforms, and cross-functional decision-making. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in food labeling compliance.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
• Experience building or transforming labeling programs in complex organizations.
• Master’s degree or graduate certification in Food Law or Food Safety is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the corporate food labeling strategy, rebuilding foundational programs to be scalable.
• Serve as the senior authority on FDA/FSIS regulations with risk-based guidance.
• Design, implement, and govern labeling policies, workflows, and governance across the organization.
• Oversee the enterprise nutrition and labeling database for accuracy and cross-system use.
• Validate labeling content including ingredients, allergens, nutrition facts, and claims substantiation.
• Build and develop labeling teams with coaching plans and performance development.
• Provide regulatory judgment for complex labeling decisions and drive cross-functional trust.
