Ascendis Pharma is seeking a strategic Regulatory leader to serve as Director, Head of Global Labeling. This role sits on the Global Regulatory Leadership Team and guides development labeling strategies across the organization.

You will influence governance bodies and collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure compliant, market-ready labeling. You will lead a global labeling function, optimize operations, and drive business impact while managing cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and professional English proficiency.
• 15+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, including 10+ years in global regulatory affairs with global labeling experience and 5+ years in people leadership.
• Deep expertise in global labeling, regulatory requirements, and risk minimization across global markets.
• Experience leading a Global Labeling function and influencing stakeholders in a matrix, cross-cultural environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive decisions, and communicate complex regulatory concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the worldwide labeling portfolio for Ascendis endocrinology products.
• Build and develop a collaborative global labeling team and operating model.
• Define and drive global labeling operations to support business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic and operational labeling leadership to governance bodies and cross-functional partners.
• Own labeling processes/governance, including Global Labeling Committee oversight.
• Ensure timely, compliant labeling changes globally.
• Lead labeling audits, inspections, and governance activities.
