Beebe Healthcare seeks a Senior Grants Financial Analyst to support the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) and other grant-funded initiatives. The role ensures effective financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, reimbursement management, budget monitoring, audit readiness, and financial reporting for complex state and federally funded programs.

• Experience managing grant budgets and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for grant-funded programs.
• Ability to develop financial forecasts and budget modification requests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor grant budgets, expenditures, encumbrances, and revenue activity across multiple awards.
• Prepare and reconcile reimbursement requests, invoices, and drawdowns.
• Track payment status and grant revenue activity.
• Coordinate with Finance on grant payments, revenue recognition, and reconciliation.
• Review expenditures for compliance with approved budgets and award terms.
• Provide guidance on financial implications of operational decisions.
