Job summary

All Team Staffing is seeking reliable On-Call Kitchen Workers, Cooks and Dishwashers in the Kansas City area to join our team. You will assist in school kitchens with daily food preparation, service, and cleanup, maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates are dependable, flexible, and ready to step in when needed, with the ability to pass a background check and lift up to 25 lbs. On-call shifts are Monday through Friday with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Valid Food Handler’s Card required.
• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be dependable and available for on-call shifts.
• Must pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation and cooking.
• Serve meals to students and staff in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including dishwashing and general cleanup.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Support kitchen staff with other duties as assigned.
