Schedule Details

• Weekly schedule will vary.
• 3 shift options available: 10am-4pm, 12pm-8pm and 3pm-9pm
• Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) availability a must
• Evening availability (3pm-9pm) a must

Job Description

• Providing excellent and engaging customer service with a smile.
• Selling and upselling menu items with enthusiasm
• Ensuring timely completion of all online and food hall orders with precision
• Prepare seafood dishes with accuracy and care
• Preparing ingredients, sauces and menu items with attention to detail to minimize waste and errors
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstation in accordance with Food Safety Standards.
• Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Sharing our founder's backstory and product knowledge with enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Experienced in cooking or back-of-the-house operations in a quick service environment (preferred).
• Active Food Handlers Card (training will be provided to obtain if not)
• Outgoing with a strong sense of Customer Service standards.
• Reliable and able to meet scheduling commitments.
• Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the kitchen team.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for culinary excellence.
