Schedule Details

• Open 7 Days a week (4-5 shifts a week available)
• 3 shift options: 10am-4pm, 12pm-8pm or 3pm-9pm
• Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) availability is a must

Responsibilities

• As a cross trained Cook/Cashier at our Liberty Public Market location, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an unforgettable dining experience to our guests.
• Provide excellent customer service with a smile.
• Prepare fresh seafood rolls and fried seafood dishes for customers.
• Ensure timely completion of all online and food hall orders with precision and care.
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and menu items with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to execute dishes flawlessly.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and food safety of the kitchen and workstation.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Share our founder's backstory and product knowledge with enthusiasm.
