Aufgaben

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure high-quality taste, presentation, and consistency.
• Monitor and maintain proper food safety and hygiene practices according to SNHD.
• Collaborate with other cooks, chefs, managers and attendants to coordinate kitchen activities.
• Interact with customers and respond to inquiries regarding menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness of food stall, dining room, side station.
• Flex between front of house and back of house as needed.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
