Job summary

Rio Las Vegas is seeking a Canteen Associate to deliver outstanding guest service in a busy food hall. You will assist guests with orders at kiosks and POS, prepare and serve menu items, and help maintain a clean, organized dining area.

The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a professional, friendly demeanor. Prior experience in fast-paced hospitality and ability to work flexible shifts are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a high-volume service or hospitality environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective English communication, both verbal and written.
• Professional appearance, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn menu details, procedures, and safety standards.
• Experience with kiosks or point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional guest service in a busy food hall.
• Assist guests with ordering through kiosks and POS systems.
• Package orders with condiments and utensils as required.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to recipes and safety standards.
• Maintain clean, sanitized dining areas and reset tables as needed.
• Replenish supplies, monitor inventory, and rotate stock using FIFO.
