Job summary

J.T.M. Food Group in Ohio is seeking a Food Grinder Operator for the 1st shift (Monday through Friday, 5:00 am – 5:00 pm). The successful candidate will operate grinder equipment, work onsite, and support safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives.

Onsite position; safety-focused.
Must stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships, provide excellent customer service, and problem solve.
Learn function and design of different machines.
Clean with chemicals using protective gear.
Communicate effectively with co-workers, leads and Supervisors.
Work independently and follow written instructions.
Read and write in English.
May be exposed to potential allergens.
Work safely in potentially slippery conditions.
Must be able to climb ladders and/or stairs.
