Job summary

ID Logistics US in Joliet is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee 30-40 warehouse associates on a mid-shift. You’ll assign tasks, coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure safety and GMP compliance in a food-grade environment.

The role is on-site with a 11 AM-7:30 PM schedule. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 per year plus bonus and benefits, with our team focused on efficiency, accuracy, and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• 2+ years experience in a supervisor warehousing role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate activities.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe environment for associates and temporary workers.
• Follow procedures for verification of shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Provide coaching and training to maintain skill levels.
• Coordinate vacations, payroll, and time sheets for staff.
• Oversee 30-40 associates and GMP compliance.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
