Job summary

PureField Ingredients LLC in Russell, KS is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Food Ingredients Facility. You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and repair equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.

This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, following SQF and FSMA guidelines, and participating in on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of machinery, tools, and general maintenance practices.
• Ability to monitor equipment, select appropriate tools, and perform routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily assignments and perform preventive maintenance as instructed.
• Conduct routine plant walkthroughs to inspect equipment and address maintenance needs.
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to diagnose failures and minimize downtime.
• Respond to equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
• Document maintenance activities and completed repairs.
• Communicate issues and progress with supervisors and production personnel.
