PureField Ingredients seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician for its BioFuels Facility in Russell, KS. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspect and service equipment, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure safe, continuous plant operation.

The role involves handling maintenance tasks on mixers, conveyors, dryers, and pumps, with potential overtime during shutdowns. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday with occasional on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of general machinery maintenance.
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Physical ability to perform the functions of the position.

Responsabilités

• Receive daily assignments and perform preventive maintenance as instructed.
• Inspect and maintain plant equipment to prevent malfunctions.
• Lubricate, grease, and repack bearings and components on mixers, dryers, conveyors, and fans.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues; perform repairs as needed.
• Conduct safety-focused weekend and after-hours checks as required.
