Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to ensure safe, reliable operation of production and facility equipment. The role focuses on preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across food processing and packaging lines, working with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and improve performance.

The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read manuals and schematics, and experience with conveyors, robotics, and utility systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with maintenance/repair experience.
• Experience with conveyors, fillers, packers, sealers, robotics, and utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
• Inspect equipment for wear and deficiencies and perform timely repairs or replacements.
• Install, align, calibrate, and commission new equipment and lines.
• Maintain maintenance records and CMMS entries.
• Follow safety procedures including LOTO, Hot Work, and Confined Space.
