Qualifications

• Must be able to list up to 80lbs when required.
• Must read and interpret work instructions and adhere to GMP standards and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• assemble and dismantle all equipment
• monitor and ensure product quality
• perform wash down procedures
• maintain a clean and organized work area
• shift change communication
• inspect equipment, parts, and blades for repair and sanitation
• troubleshoot machinery and inform supervisor of repairs
• use basic math in production paperwork
• complete QA checks and documentation
• read and interpret work instructions
• identify raw materials used in grinding
• verify proper lot number usage on formulas
• read, comprehend, and perform written/typed item formulations
• perform transactions using RF terminal or scanner
• control losses of product
• wash down equipment for changeovers and discard trash properly
• box combos of raw materials
• ensure rework is used per load
• inform warehouse personnel of needed raw materials
• other duties as assigned
