Job summary

Didion is seeking a Food-Grade Bulk Shipping Operator to support automated loadout operations for grain-based products. You will run and monitor equipment, configure loads via computer interfaces, and ensure safety and accuracy in outbound shipments.

The role involves indoor/outdoor work, height access, and cross-training across systems to enhance resilience and career growth. Night shift with a differential and additional PTO is offered.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience; food industry exposure preferred.
• Aptitude for automated machinery and controls.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Forklift background preferred, not required.
• Computer proficiency for operating controls and data entry.

Join Didion as a Food-Grade Bulk Shipping Operator

Help us deliver safe, accurately loaded grain-based food products by running and supporting automated bulk loadout operations. Cross-train on multiple systems and equipment for flexibility, resilience, and career growth.

• Ensure every outbound bulk shipment meets weight, spec, and safety requirements.

Schedule & compensation

• Hours: 6pm–6am
• Rotation: 4 days on / 4 days off
• Pay: $22–$25 per hour
• Premium: $3.00/hour night differential
• Benefit: extra 40 hours of Paid Time Off for night shift

• Noise, dust, heat, and cold are part of the workspace.
